Go to your account, click on Orders, select the order you want to request a refund for, and click 'Report a problem'. Refund processing takes 3–5 business days to return to your original payment method.
You can start your onboarding process by clicking on the 'Become a Partner' button in the header or footer menu and filling out the partner application form.
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its real-time delivery progress under Account → Orders. You will also receive SMS and email status updates.
Select the 'Reservations' tab on the homepage, choose a restaurant, specify date, time, and number of guests, add any special requests, and confirm. You will receive an instant booking confirmation email.
